Dometic IBIS 4 Low Profile Roof Top Air Conditioner (incl. Plenum) – IBIS4-ADB-KIT

The go-to rooftop air conditioner for Australian caravans, motorhomes and campervans. The Dometic IBIS 4 is a reverse-cycle unit with an inverter compressor, so it cools in summer, heats on cold nights, and runs quieter and smoother than older fixed-speed units.

Why we fit the IBIS 4

• Cools and heats: rated 2.6 kW cooling and 3.0 kW heating.
• Low profile: only 230 mm tall on the roof, so less drag and more clearance under carports and trees.
• Lightweight: around 40 kg, lighter than the IBIS 3 it replaces.
• Quiet: inverter compressor with reduced vibration, plus a sleep mode for overnight use.
• Fast cool-down: four fan speeds including turbo, with adjustable vents.
• Easy to control: touch panel on the ceiling unit plus remote control.
• Fits standard hatches: suits 360 x 360 mm or 400 x 400 mm roof openings.
